The Heartland Book Festival is now accepting vendor applications for a select number of booth spaces on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at the Kansas City Public Library – Central Library. Eligible vendors include merchants and makers of bookish or literary-themed goods, regional authors, and nonprofit organizations with a focus on the literary arts. There is no fee to participate. All applications are due by Tuesday, August 5, 2025.
