Lynette M. Burrows

Panel: Oct. 3, 12:45-1:30 p.m., Helzberg

Lynette M. Burrows is an author, blogger, writing coach, and Yorkie wrangler. She survived moving 17 times between kindergarten and her high school graduation. Drawing on that experience, Burrows writes speculative fiction stories full of character growth, thrilling action, and social themes. Her Fellowship Dystopia series tells the story of Miranda, a young woman of privilege who doesn’t want to lose her identity to the tyrannical rules of 1961 Fellowship America. This is where even the elite can be judged as an unbeliever and hunted by the merciless Azrael. A certifiable chocoholic and coffee lover, Burrows avoids housework and plays with her two Yorkshire terriers when she’s not writing or researching her next project.
